Ridgefield Approves $15M City, $32M Private Recreation Center Deal

The Ridgefield City Council voted 6-1 to approve a development agreement with Blue Rock Ventures for a roughly 43,000-square-foot community and recreation center at 5001 N. Pioneer Canyon Drive.
