Ethics Charges: Perez, Fuentes, and Fourth Plain Forward

Reform Clark County founder Rob Anderson filed an ethics complaint Oct. 6 charging Vancouver City Council Member Diana Perez with voting to give taxpayer funds to Fourth Plain Forward while simultaneously obtaining a personal business loan from that nonprofit.
