CCSO responds to a disturbance with a weapon north of Washougal

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office, with support from Washougal and Camas police, responded after a paving crew reported being threatened by a man with an AR-style rifle north of Washougal. SWAT was called in, and 37-year-old Justin M.
