C-TRAN approves construction contract for new Vine route along Highway 99

C-TRAN is moving forward with its first north-south Vine route: the Purple line. The board approved a contract with Tapani Inc. for construction of the new bus rapid transit line running from the Vancouver waterfront to Washington State University Vancouver.
