Bóthar Na Smaointe & An Uile Bhealach Abhaile

Two exciting new works by acclaimed musicians and composers Aoife Ní Bhriain and Colm Ó Foghlú are heading on a nationwide tour this October. Bóthar na Smaointe and An Uile Bhealach Abhaile, commissioned and produced by Stiúideo Cuan, bring together a world-class ensemble to celebrate the richness and creativity of Irish music. The tour visits Galway, Ennis, Belfast and Dublin, and honours the legacy of the late Charlie Lennon. Alan Morrissey was delighted to be joined by Aoife and Colm to chat about the inspiration behind these works, the creative process, and bringing this music to audiences around the country.
