#20 - Self-Care Doesn't Mean do F*cking Yoga
When you're burnt out from dealing with all the stress from your business, you won't be able to focus and do what you need to do to become successful. A lot of us take a linear approach when it comes to self-care. We're told to either do yoga, take a hot bath, try to meditate, or take walks in the park. But for some people, these methods don't work.
Today, Brian asks you what that one thing is that you love to do that makes you completely happy and takes your mind completely off your business? He also talks about how, as an online entrepreneur, you need to take a slightly different approach to self-care. Stay tuned and learn how YOU can do self-care -- and it does not have to be yoga.
"As entrepreneurs, we need to take a completely different approach to self-care."
