Let's play a game called "this" or "that".

Are you guys down to play a game with me?

Let's pretend that right now is the only day you've ever lived.

Let's pretend that every day before this day does not count, you've got a COMPLETELY blank slate, you're 100% present in today.

Okay great – now that we've agreed that today is a completely blank slate, let's pause in today…

And look 6 months into the future.

… but wait – when we look 6 months into the future we see two extremes and only two extremes.
