#1209- This Is The END!!! W/ Kirsten Mark

This is the end... of doing the same thing and expecting different results 🎯

In this raw end-of-year episode, Kirsten and I are breaking down why most people keep living the same life year after year, making the same money, and staying stuck in the same patterns - even though they swear "this year will be different."

While I love the collective energy around New Year's resolutions, the harsh truth is that excitement without reflection and real action is just wishful thinking. We're diving deep into what it actually takes to make 2025 different from every year that came before it.

Top Quotes:

"I believe that most people go year after year after year living the same fucking life, going to work at the same job, making the same amount of money, same level of mindset, physique looks the fucking same." (2:35)

"If you're excited for a new year, and you feel motivated to be a better version of yourself, like, cool, but that's the feeling, and what's going to be the most valuable part of that feeling is the action you take to get there." (3:30)

"I'm not perfect. I'm not a robot... I might slip at times because I'm a fucking human. And then I'm going to get right back on the horse because I don't fucking miss." (27:24) ____
