Darkness is the absence of light. And, when the light is turned on, darkness disappears. How are you tending to the light within you? Our individual “glow up” is inspired, designed, and guided by the Truth that resides in us all. There is no “glow up” in the human experience without acknowledging, and nurturing, the eternal Presence of the Divine. Dr. Tracy will invite us to nurture the light within so we can show up as the “glow up” needed to illumine both our individual lives and the world we are cocreating.
