Cedric Maxwell on Kyrie Irving Drama; Summer Expectations

Kyle Draper, A. Sherrod Blakely and Chris Forsberg start off this week's episode with a look back the the Celtics one-point loss in Milwaukee. (3:30) We move the conversation (and much of the rest of the pod) to Kyrie Irving. Was Thursday's rough night shooting the ball just rust? Could some of the drama off the court be hurting his play on the floor? (10:20) Cedric Maxwell joins us to discuss whether he thinks Kyrie Irving sticks to his word in October and commits to Boston long-term. Plus, whether the distractions could be effecting the rest of the players in the locker room. (15:00) How does he think this is playing out with his former teammate, Danny Ainge? (16:45) Should the Celtics put Jayson Tatum in a deal for Anthony Davis? (19:00) Why have the C’s been disappointing so far this year? (25:00) We wrap things up with what contracts this summer could look like for Kyrie and also Al Horford, who can opt-out after the season.
