In this powerful message, Tony Evans reveals that prayer is not just preparation for the battle—it is the battle itself. Through prayer, believers engage in spiritual warfare, bringing every enemy—seen and unseen—into the presence of God, where true victory is won.

This sermon emphasizes that our enemies are not merely physical, but spiritual strongholds, negative thoughts, and forces that oppose God’s will. The weapons we use are not worldly—they are divine, and they have the power to tear down strongholds and destroy the enemy’s influence.

• Prayer is warfare. It’s not the pregame—it’s where the fight happens.
• Spiritual weapons are powerful. Prayer, the Word, and obedience tear down strongholds.
• Control the battlefield of the mind. Take every thought captive to Christ.
• Victory starts in God’s presence. When you pray, you invite Heaven to intervene.
• God’s way wins. Human strategies fail, but obedience to God brings breakthrough.

Jaggy and Tedi stay close when the storms come—and that’s exactly where we need to be: close to God in prayer. When life heats up and the enemy presses in, the safest place is not retreat—it’s the presence of the Lord.
