Carrie Be Brave

"Carrie, be brave!" These words have been tossed through my head like an inspirational, grounding force from the time I was a little girl. A sometimes gentle, sometimes forceful reminder I can do anything I put my mind too. Life is scary, for all of us. I do not no one individual who has not been through tough times. This podcast is a place where I share this reminder through my own experiences and the courageous experiences of others that we all have the opportunity to be heroes.
