Cardinals Cover 2 - Chased Away By Ja’Marr Chase, Bengals

Ep. 683 - Of course, this had to be the week the Cincinnati Bengals offense figured things out. And boy did they ever. The Cardinals had no answer for wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase, who had himself a career day at the expense of the home team. Craig Grialou and Paul Calvisi discuss what happened on Sunday. The 34-20 loss was punctuated by a poor defensive performance - to which Jonathan Gannon took full responsibility - and an offense that turned the ball over way too many times and played much of the game minus James Conner which thrust rookie Emari Demercado into the spotlight. He performed well as did another rookie, defensive lineman Dante Stills, who earned Calvisi’s weekly Angry Bird Award.
