Will QB1 be named today? | Recruiting updates on Baker, Houston

Is today the day? The day that Ryan Day will name Ohio State's starting quarterback? The Buckeyes' head coach will meet with the media at 11:30 a.m. today, just 12 days before OSU's season-opener at Indiana. And if he does name the starting QB, will it be Kyle McCord or Devin Brown? Dan Rubin and Dave Biddle discuss that burning topic, plus:* Regardless of how the competition turns out and regardless of who wins it, are we surprised the battle is/was this close?* What is the latest on coveted 2024 recruits Brandon Baker and Eddrick Houston?* The Buckeyes named just three captains for this season: Tommy Eichenberg, Xavier Johnson and Cade Stover. We like the less-is-more philosophy here. All of that and more is coming your way on the Monday 5ish.
