Where Ohio State should look for Greg Mattison's successor as co-defensive coordinator

Ryan Day announced the retirement of co-defensive coordinator Greg Mattison on Friday morning, and the Buckeyes' search for his replacement leads our discussion. What kind of coach -- age, position speciality, background -- should Ohio State prioritize? What coaches with ties to Day or Ohio would make sense as Mattison's successor? We also delve into the other topics of conversation from Friday morning's teleconference. How will Day handle the three-man quarterback battle this spring? Where is Ohio State on scholarship numbers and what does that mean for a couple of big recruiting options still on the board? Thanks as always for listening to Buckeye Talk.
