Should Ryan Day be viewed as a quarterback whisperer?

On this Friday Buckeye Talk from cleveland.com, Doug Lesmerises, Nathan Baird and Stephen Means tackle the idea of Ohio State coach Ryan Day as a quarterback whisperer, and they have some disagreements about it. Also, Doug whispers. How does the production of J.T. Barrett, Dwayne Haskins and Justin Fields affect Day's reputation? Does he need to recruit and develop a QB out of high school to truly establish his reputation? How much of Fields' success was Fields, and how much was Day? Also, there's a brief discussion of the records dump from Ohio State this week, but they didn't spend too much time on it because they didn't consider it all that interesting.
