Ranking the best players on Ohio State's schedule shows Oregon's defense is legit

Doug Lesmerises, Nathan Baird and Stephen Means spent the summer ranking the 50 best players on Ohio State's 12-game regular-season schedule. The final breakdown on the No. 1 player, Oregon edge rusher Kayvon Thibodeaux, helped show the main thing learned from that exercise -- Oregon's defense is something for the Buckeyes to watch out for. The Ducks defense had three of the top 12 players on this top 50-list, and on this episode of Buckeye Talk, the guys talked all about that. Plus, there's a conversation about Purdue's two top-five players, a look at just how good Indiana QB Michael Penix might be this season, a question about Michigan's talent level, and an acknowledgment of what Penn State might have. You'll learn more about the players you'll be focusing on when the Buckeyes face them this season. Thanks for tuning in to another Buckeye Talk from cleveland.com.
