10 rants and takes on Ohio State football

On this Wednesday Buckeye Talk, Doug Lesmerises is looking for a name for what this in-season episode is likely to be each Wednesday -- Doug and the Ohio State text subscribers combining to offer 10 rants and takes on the Buckeyes and what matters most with the football team. For this first effort, here were the 10 topics covered, in order: A Lathan Ransom breakout What Notre Dame tight end Michael Mayer will do vs. the Buckeyes Should Jim Tressel dot the i? When C.J. Hicks should start at linebacker If a lack of cornerback depth will cost Ohio State a shot at a title How often Ohio State should play Notre Dame Whether the Buckeyes need to get four sacks Saturday Ryan Day seeing an edge in his team Whether Day will pass Nick Saban as the best coach in college football Is the defense overrated or underrated and who are its playmakers? We'll continue to work out (and eventually name) this format. As always, thanks for listening to Buckeye Talk.
