What Does That Word Mean?

What Does That Word Mean?

Today the kids challenge Eric to using certain words in the show. While fun, it demonstrated that words have certain meanings. When the media or the government starts twisting and changing the meaning of words, we need to start questioning things. Today you hear how all these different things are "existential threats." What does that mean? Why are they using that term? Whose existence is being threatened? Or are they just trying to make something sound worse than it actually is? We talk about words as they apply to medicine, politics, travel, fairy tales, and education. If you don't understand words, it is a threat to your existence. You need to understand what others are saying and question the results. You have to take responsibility. Only then can you get what YOU want instead of what someone else wants for you!
