Both Sides of the Fence is a bi-weekly podcast hosted by two unlikely allies who represent deeply different lived experiences and worldviews—yet share a commitment to honest dialogue, empathy, and respect. Derek McCance – A respected gay male business owner and active community leader Jennifer McIntyre – A conservative mother, oil and gas industry professional, and outspoken industry advocate Together, they explore today’s most polarizing political, cultural, and social issues from opposite sides of the fence.
