Eagles Survive Wild Second Half | Boston College Football News

Boston College pulled off a gritty 28-21 win over Rutgers in the Red Bandanna Game, thanks to Mason McKenzie’s gutsy debut—252 yards, a TD, two INTs, and 94 rushing yards—and clutch defense that sealed the deal with a 78-yard TD pass and a final interception. After building a 20-7 halftime lead, BC stumbled in the second half with turnovers and three-and-outs, but held strong when it mattered most, overcoming a scary injury to linebacker Bodie Kahoun and finishing 1-1 on the season.
