Wrapped Up in You

This Book excerpt features the reunion of long-time friends Abbie and Will during a family Christmas in Scotland. Abbie, who has recently gone through a divorce, struggles with vulnerability and expressing her emotions, often relying on sarcasm and a carefully constructed facade. Will, a famous actor who has secretly been in love with Abbie since they were children, decides to move back home and pursue a serious relationship with her, despite his initial clumsy attempts at flirting and a misguided "plan." The narrative explores their complex history, their current feelings for each other, and the eventual confession of their mutual love amidst a blizzard and the unexpected arrival of Abbie's twin brother, Jase.
