The Eyes of Darkness: A Thriller

From Book Shelter Book Shelter

Introduce Tina Evans, a Las Vegas stage producer struggling with the sudden death of her young son, Danny. Despite a year having passed since his fatal accident, Tina is plagued by vivid dreams and sightings of boys who resemble him, leading her to question the reality of his passing. The narrative follows her through a tense December night where she experiences both professional pressure regarding her new show, Magyck!, and a growing sense of paranoid dread within her own home. After hearing a mysterious noise, Tina armed with a pistol searches her house, eventually confronting the preserved bedroom of her late child. This opening sequence establishes a pervasive atmosphere of grief and suggests that a supernatural or conspiratorial mystery is beginning to unfold. The provided pages also include promotional praise from various publications and a comprehensive list of Koontz’s other thrillers.
