118. The Man with the Bone

AHOY MATTIES!! Batten down ye hatches because we’ve landed upon the infamous pirate episode! Booth and Brennan receive a 300-year-old finger bone from an ocean dig site known for buried treasure. Excitement and pirate accents infect the whole team, spreading like the syphilis the deceased had a bad case of. Before you can say “shiver me timbers” Hodgins uncovers the rest of the skeleton, a mayor shows up dressed as a pirate, and a millionaire finds his way to the Jeffersonian. At the time, this episode was not a cast favorite, but who doesn't love a little pirate pun, here and tharrrrrr? Plus there’s some COLD GOSS on attempted matchmaking behind the scenes and all the real life diving that went into this episode. Arrrrrr.
