UPDATE! Baby Decapitated DURING Birth! Jury Awards Parents $2 Million

The parents, Jessica Ross and Traveon Taylor Sr. have filed lawsuits against the hospital and the doctor but the first suit is about the damage done to the family by the doctor hired to do the autopsy of baby Isaiah, Dr. Jackson Gates.
