Dana Walden, Walt Disney Co.’s president and its first chief creative officer, says the company is not firing people every six months. She does say there is a constant need to look at how an organization is structured and that layoffs are "extremely painful." She speaks to Lucas Shaw at Bloomberg Screentime in Los Angeles.
