Ramaco Resources CEO Talks China, Steel, and Rare Earths

Ramaco Resources CEO Randall Atkins says China is the 'bad guy' for dumping cheap steel onto global markets. The chief executive of the Nasdaq-listed metallurgical coal miner also says the company is pivoting towards rare earths development as the scramble for the metals accelerates, and both the US and Europe push to end their reliance on foreign supplies of critical materials. He spoke with Bloomberg's Caroline Hepker and Anna Edwards.
