Former Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin Talks Education Freedom Tax Credit

Former Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin says he does not anticipate being on a presidential debate stage in 2028, while stopping short of definitively ruling out a campaign. Youngkin also says communities should have the final say on data center development and that developers must address concerns about power, water and infrastructure.
