BlackRock Global Fixed Income CIO Rick Rieder says that investor demand for new IPOs like SpaceX can accelerate rapidly as portfolios make room for new allocations. Speaking to Scarlet Fu, Katie Greifeld and Eric Balchunas on Bloomberg ETF IQ, he also remarked that the Fed could benefit from providing less forward guidance during an easing period to create animal spirits and spur market momentum.
