I'm InMyOwnWorld, a white, queer, multiply neurodivergent, multiply disabled, middle-aged she/her and they/them non-binary anti-capitalist with adult onset tic disorder, who is trying to cope with... well, everything. One of the ways I cope is to talk to an imaginary audience. And, as long as I'm talking, I figured I may as well see if anyone wants to listen. Originally conceived of as videos with my voice and a completely black screen, Black Box Recordings has become a podcast instead. An ad-free podcast consisting of disjointed ramblings, posted according to no schedule whatsoever.. Why a podcast of me rambling about whatever crosses my mind, whenever I want? Because it will make me feel a little more connected to other people, whether or not it creates any connections. It's a placebo, to make talking to myself feel a little more productive.
