New Housing Coming to Carraway Site

CR-Endeavors, the developer behind the Coca-Cola Amphitheater, is now focusing on the next phase of Star Uptown development. The first component, rental housing, will be constructed along Carraway Boulevard at Seventeenth Avenue North, featuring one-to-three bedroom cottages and townhomes. The Birmingham City Council recently approved rezoning for sixty-four homes, with construction set to begin in early 2026 and potential occupancy by 2027.
