They Care!

In this heartfelt and dynamic episode, Bill welcomes Mark the Soldier, Matt Reis, and Kevin to the podcast. Bill kicks off the conversation by asking Matt about turning 50, how he views life today, and his celebratory trip to Austin. The discussion takes a deeper turn as Matt opens up about his recent Facebook post on living with depression, sharing his struggles and why he chooses to speak out.

Matt introduces his friend Dave Lippa, who talks about his work supporting those with PTSD and helping people in their darkest times. Dave's inspiring efforts highlight the importance of community and care, proving that people genuinely do care.

Bill shifts gears to question if the NFL is too greedy, citing overseas games and a controversial conversation involving Green Bay Running Back Josh Jacobs and their game in Brazil. Despite the NFL's claim of misinformation, Bill plays a clip from the Green Light podcast, where Jacobs seems convinced the players were told not to wear green and that armored cars would be following the players everywhere. The conversation also touches on the NFL's move to streaming services and the impact of legal gambling on game officiating.

In a lighter segment, Bill discusses a viral TikTok where a waitress was fired for posting a video of a man dining with a blow-up doll at a high-end restaurant. Should she have been fired? Find out the story behind this unusual dining companion.

The episode wraps up with a fun game of "Name That Song from a Movie," which sparks Mark's passionate rant about his hatred for Titanic. Play along and see if you can beat the guys!
Enjoy!
