Why Giants DC hire Shane Bowen was the right play

Dan and Nick break down the Giants decision to hire Shane Bowen as defensive coordinator by diving into the philosophical changes to come on defense from a blitzing standpoint, a yardage allowed standpoint, red zone defense and more. They go over some of his fronts, disguised coverages and pirate stunts on the DL. They then discuss how this impacts players like Xavier McKinney, Dexter Lawrence, the two inside LBs and more. Finally, they take questions from the listeners in this LIVE show edition of Big Blue Banter. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
