Best of BAM Q&A: The Holy Spirit, Performance-Based Acceptance, and Backsliding
On today’s Bible Answer Man broadcast, Hank answers the following questions: Is it theologically correct to sing worship songs that invite the Holy Spirit to come and make His presence known to us? I am struggling with performance-based acceptance in my relationship with the Lord. I don’t think I truly understand who I am in Christ. How can I show gratitude for what Jesus has done for me if I continue to sin? I have been hearing about a book claiming that Jesus was not God. I know that Jesus was the Son of God. Could you expound on this? Have you ever experienced a period in your life where you backslid? If so, what did you do to recover? How can I know my love for Jesus is real?
