John Brockman, a prominent literary agent and founder of the Edge Foundation (a prestigious salon for scientists and thinkers), had longstanding ties to Epstein’s intellectual and social circle. Brockman’s Edge dinners, salons and invite-only events created a powerful “third culture” network of elite scientists, technologists, and wealthy patrons — and Epstein was deeply embedded in this milieu.
