[Patreon Preview] Observer Letters from Anonymous Wrestler & Andrea Hart

In this free preview of the latest themed monthly special for Between The Sheets Patreon backers, Kris and David look at two letters to Dave Meltzer from 1991 issues of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. In the first, Dave Meltzer makes the call to hide the identity of a wrestler who wrote in to complain about not being paid by UWF promoter Herb Abrams (and of course we try to figure out who it was). In the second, Andrea Hart, the wife of Bruce, and sister-in-law of then-WWF wrestlers Bret Hart, Jim Neidhart, and Davey Boy Smith, defends the promotion's Gulf War-inspired storylines. Here's the description of the full show: ----- Kris and David are back with another Patreon special, this time covering some of the best and most notable letters to The Readers' Pages section of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter from 1991 and 1992. Authors include Dave Prazak, Dr. Lucha Steve Sims, a Hart family member, Dennis Coralluzzo, Steve Gatorwolf, Bob Barnett, Tom Hankins, and many more. Plenty get the dreaded "DM:" response from Dave Meltzer, and a wide range of topics gets covered, including scandals, story accuracy, the future of videotape, Herb Abrams, and more.
