Exile on Badstreet #52: Memphis Mayhem 6-9/83 w/ Scott Bowden

Kris Zellner is joined by Scott Bowden (Kentucky Fried Rasslin' Podcast) to discuss June-September 1983 in Memphis. We talk about Ole Anderson screwed Scott's summer that year when he co-promoted with Jerry Jarrett and ended the Bill Dundee/Jerry Lawler feud right as it started, the influx of many new names into the territory and why that was, including such stars as Stan "The Lariat" Hansen & Jesse "The Body" Ventura. We also talk about the botched return of Bill Dundee, the babyface turn of Austin Idol, and lots more. This is a damn great show, so listen now!!!!
