Ep. #168: October 3-9, 1991 with Jose Fernandez

Kris & David are joined by Jose Fernandez (@pantherwagner) to discuss the week that was October 3-9, 1991. We talk about Paul E. Dangerously being suspended for possibly leaking details of a Jerry Lawler/Lex Luger title unification match to Eddie Gilbert and the fallout from that. We also discuss other WCW wackiness, 2 Cold Scorpio turning heads in New Japan, the big Luchador strike in Mexico, Eddie Gilbert & Jerry Lawler trying to unify titles themselves in Memphis, and Hulk Hogan’ “Suburban Commando” media tour, plus Jose gives us his live rundown of the WWF debut in Barcelona, Spain.
