Ep. #123: Nov. 22-28, 1998 with Wil Tricity

Kris & David are joined by Patreon supporter Will Tricity, and we discussed a week he picked out, which was November 22-28, 1998. We talked about a huge week in WCW where we had a rumored power struggle between Hulk Hogan & Kevin Nash forcing Hogan to retire on The Tonight Show. We also discuss all the Japan & Mexico news before going back to the US to discuss ECW running Florida and lots more indie news. We then talk about a wild WWF section including RAW with the return of Shawn Michaels as Commissioner and Steve Austin almost being embalmed. Definitely quite the week in wrestling history so don't miss this show!!!! 0:00:00 WCW 2:18:05 Int’l: Japan (AJPW, NJPW, BattlARTS, BJPW, WAR, AJW, Arsion, & GAEA) & CWA 2:58:39 Classic Commercial Break 3:03:07 Housekeeping/The Amazon Game 3:39:33 Mexico: AAA, CMLL, & Monterrey 4:06:40 Other USA: ECWA, ECW, OVW, NDW, MPPW, MCW, WLW, MAW, & Potpourri 5:07:10 WWF To support the show and get access to exclusive rewards like special members-only monthly themed shows, go to our Patreon page at Patreon.com/BetweenTheSheets and become an ongoing Patron.
