423. Are You Losing Collagen Faster Than You Should?
This week on the podcast, Mel and Tegan are taking a trip down memory lane after Facebook resurfaced a photo of Mel sporting hair chalk during her clubbing days. Remember hair chalk? Why did we ever think that was a good idea?
Then it's time for Before Payday/After Payday, and this week we're talking bond-building hair treatments. K18 is getting rave reviews, and it's absolutely worth the price tag in Mel's opinion, but she has a couple of more affordable alternatives worth knowing about, too.
Next, Tegan gives us a crash course in collagen. From the different types found in our bodies to what actually helps support collagen production, she explains what we need to know, including the habits that could be accelerating collagen loss.
And finally, Mel has been putting the Cosmedix eye treatment range to the test. She's tried them all and is sharing her verdict on each with Tegan's input, including what they loved, and which one they'd recommend for different eye concerns.
