New Licensing Bill Based on Ignorance... or Outright Stupidity

Minnesota Sen. John Marty claims his bill requiring gun owners to be licensed would stop juveniles from getting ahold of guns, despite the fact that state and federal law already prohibit minors from acquiring weapons.
