Daily recordings of the BBC Radio 4 Shipping Forecast. Historic episodes were captured from 198 kHz longwave via the KiwiSDR network; following the longwave shutdown the forecast is now recorded from BBC Radio 4 FM. The Shipping Forecast has been broadcast since 1924 and covers 31 sea areas around the British Isles.
