Josh Gessner's Unique Quest To Throw 100 MPH

Throwing 100 mph is the top of the mountain for many pitchers, a fact Josh Gessner is highlighting in the two-year journey he has just set out on. An Australian who has played in the minors with both the Phillies and Rangers, Gessner has started a project in which he is unlocking the key to throwing triple-digits. The 24-year-old is documenting each step of his quest on social media (IG: @JoshGessner/X: @GessnerJosh), while offering insight and analysis along the way. It's a fascinating social and physical experiment from a fascinating pitcher.
