Did Connor Zary Say ALL The Right Things?? | BB Clips

Boomer, Pinder and Rhett react to Connor Zary's first public comments since clearing waivers and being sent down to the Calgary Wranglers, and the young forward certainly said a lot of the right things. Zary admitted he was caught off guard by the Flames' decision, opening up about how difficult it was to sit at home for 24 hours waiting to find out whether another NHL team would claim him. He also spoke candidly about the human side of the situation, the support he's received and his desire to get back to work, enjoy playing hockey and move forward. The guys break down Zary's surprisingly mature response, whether this experience could be the wake-up call he needs and what it might mean for his relationship with the Flames moving forward. Did Connor Zary say enough to leave the door open for an NHL return, or have we already seen his final game in Calgary?
