Are The Seattle Kraken Stuck In NHL NO MAN’S LAND?? | BB Clips

Boomer, Pinder and Rhett dive into the Seattle Kraken ahead of their matchup with the Calgary Flames and try to figure out one pretty simple question: what the hell is this team? Seattle missed the playoffs again last season, finishing 34-37-11, but instead of tearing things down, the Kraken largely decided to run it back and bet on growth from their younger players. Shane Wright looked like he could be on his way out during the summer, but a trade never materialized and the former fourth-overall pick remains in Seattle trying to establish himself as a major part of this team. The guys break down a roster that feels stuck somewhere between competing and rebuilding, the lack of true high-end star power and what the actual long-term plan is supposed to be. Are the Kraken building toward something with this young core, or is another mediocre season finally going to force Seattle into a full rebuild?
