Marion is a Personal Trainer and specialises in pre and postnatal training. She is a mum of two and wants to inspire and encourage other mums to train safely before, during and post pregnancy when able to do so. We loved finding out more about Marions background, how she trains for Hyrox as a busy mother and why it is so important for her to encourage other mums to reach their potential in the world of health and fitness. We also talk broadly about Marions transition from bodybuilding and the importance of proper nutrition. She explains first hand how hard it was to transition from a very strict, low calorie diet and how she now fuels for racing and training.
