What an episode we have for you today, Fanny Josfine is an OG Hybrid athlete - she gives anything and everything a go!! Ultramarathons, ninja warrior, biking, triathlons, swim runs, kick boxing to name just a few… and now Hyrox! We discuss her love for sport, the importance of playing around in your training and how Hyrox compares to other races she has been involved in. Fanny openly talks about having an eating disorder for a large period of her life and provides advice and hope to others suffering, sending the message that it is possible to recover and live a healthy life after an eating disorder. We then go on to discuss fuelling and the importance of a balanced life style and positive relationship with food. She gives us an insight into her training and we talk about what she will be focusing on in the run up to the World Champs, Fanny has qualified for women’s doubles in her AG and we can’t wait to see how she gets on!!
