Aoife is an incredible athlete with a women’s Pro PB of 1:03 making her the top Irish female in Hyrox. With a background in high level sport we talk about what it takes to master your craft. Mindset plays a huge role in performing at the top and we delve into this aspect of training, discussing how important it is to find your passion, enjoy the process and remember why you do what you do. We also discuss tips to help push past that pain barrier.
