Through lineup shifts, Grammy nominations, and Guitar Hero appearances, they’ve remained active, releasing their ninth studio album, This Consequence, in February. Before heading out on a European tour, the powerhouse vocalist sat down with Madden to talk about the band’s legacy, his personal journey through music, and the passion that continues to fuel heavy music today.
