Joby Walters was a feared and respected enforcer of the Hells Angels, patched in by the infamous Sonny Barger, founding member of the motorcycle club's Oakland charter. A lifelong friend sent him a box containing a Bible, some literature and a cassette tape of sermons. That box changed Joby's life. He was eventually intercepted by the FBI, and while incarcerated, his life's purpose became clear.Joby discovered a freedom that no motorcycle club could offer. Today, he dedicates his life to sharing that message of hope with prisoners, bikers, veterans, and anyone searching for a second chance. In his new book, CUT FREE: A HELLS ANGEL’S RIDE TO REDEMPTION, Joby tells his remarkable true story with unflinching honesty—revealing both the darkness of his past and the redemption that transformed his future. With a special place in his heart for prisoners, Joby is focusing his efforts on reaching America's prisons, bringing hope to those behind bars.
